Nora Gómez Baz es graduada en Literatura General y Comparada por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2026) y actualmente cursa el Máster en Literaturas Hispánicas: Arte, Historia y Sociedad por la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Realizó su Trabajo de Fin de Grado acerca del monólogo dramático en el poemario Descendimiento, de Ada Salas. En 2022, recibió una beca completa para el estudio de grado, expedida por el Colegio Mayor Universitario Chaminade. Este curso académico es investigadora en el Instituto de Filosofía del Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC), como becaria JAE-Intro, en el proyecto «Fenomenología de la afectividad», junto al doctor Jesús Miguel Marcos del Cano. Sus principales intereses de investigación giran en torno a los recursos apofáticos en la poesía contemporánea, las teorías cognitivas de la emoción y la teoría de los afectos y la corporalidad. En la revista Ala Este publicó un análisis comparativo entre los poemarios Material memoria, de José Ángel Valente, y Ejercicios materiales, de Blanca Varela. Ha participado en Proyectos de Innovación Docente centrados en la poesía hispanoamericana, así como en el XXII Congreso Internacional ALEPH (Universidad de Estrasburgo), el VII Congreso Internacional del Máster y el Doctorado en Estudios Literarios de la UCM (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) y III Congreso Internacional de Teoría de la Lírica y Poéticas Comparadas (Universidad de Salamanca). Desde 2026, es miembro de la International Network for the Study of the Lyric.

Nora Gómez Baz holds a degree in General and Comparative Literature from the Complutense University of Madrid (2026) and she is currently studying a Master’s degree in Hispanic Literatures: Art, History and Society at the Autonomous University of Madrid. She wrote her final-year dissertation on the dramatic monologue in Ada Salas’s poetry collection Descendimiento. In 2022, she was awarded a full scholarship for her undergraduate studies by the Chaminade University Hall of Residence. This academic year, she is a researcher at the Institute of Philosophy of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), as a JAE-Intro fellow, on the project ‘Phenomenology of Affectivity’, alongside Dr. Jesús Miguel Marcos del Cano. Her main research interests focus on apophatic literary resources in contemporary poetry, cognitive theories of emotion, and the theory of affects and embodiment. In the journal Ala Este, she published a comparative analysis of the poetry collections Material memoria by José Ángel Valente and Ejercicios materiales by Blanca Varela (2026). He has taken part in educational innovation projects focusing on Latin American poetry, as well as in the 22nd ALEPH International Conference (University of Strasbourg), the 7th International Conference of the Master’s and Doctoral Programmes in Literary Studies at the Complutense University of Madrid, and the 3rd International Congress on Lyric Theory and Comparative Poetics (University of Salamanca). Since 2026, she is a member of the International Network for the Study of the Lyric.
